1. SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours once confirmed, although this may vary depending on the products you wish to purchase.
Occasionally, there may be an unexpected stock shortage; in such cases, you will be notified immediately. If this is the case, the delivery time for the product may vary between 72 hours and 10 days.
2. DELIVERY
Delivery service will be provided from Monday to Friday, expressly excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays, both in Spain and at the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond Brass Market’s control. Should this occur, we will keep you informed of the status of your shipment at all times.
Delivery shall not be considered a breach if the order has been delayed at the customer’s request or if the buyer cannot be located using the information provided to us.
3. WEIGHT
The maximum weight for national and international shipments is 31 kg.
Orders that exceed the maximum weight and/or dimensions established by our courier service must be sent via a specialized service. This delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days longer than the normal shipping time. The exact costs for packages over 31 kg will be calculated and you will be notified by email before any charges are made.

5. MANAGEMENT AND PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Brass Market will process all orders placed through brass-market.com provided that payment is correct and consistent with the chosen payment method.
However, we reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product or content on this website at any time.
Exceptional circumstances may arise that force us to refuse to process an order even after the order confirmation or shipping message has been sent. We therefore reserve the right to do so at any time at the sole discretion of Brass Market, informing the affected customer at all times.
We will not be liable to you or any third party for removing products or content from the site, or for modifying any materials or content on the site. We will not be liable to you or any third party for refusing to process an order even if we have sent you an order confirmation email.
6. HANDLING AND SHIPPING
The following section explicitly regulates the services the customer will receive once their order has been placed. It is the website user’s responsibility to read this section, as Brass Market will not assume any additional services; any such services will be at the customer’s expense.
Merchandise sent via the shipping company will be delivered within the schedule established by the branch corresponding to your area (exact times will not be specified) and will be delivered Monday through Friday (excluding Saturdays and Sundays, as well as national, provincial, and local holidays). If the customer requires a specific time, they must inform Brass Market before the order is shipped. Communicating this time does not guarantee delivery within that time, as Brass Market can only inform the shipping company of this request.
7. CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT
Claims for damage and/or breakage of merchandise caused during transport must be notified (according to the rules of the transport agencies) to info@brass-market.com within 24 hours of receiving said merchandise so that the claim can be addressed and the problem studied.
For manufacturing defects, the repair time is the warranty period for each product.
8. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Brass Market, without prejudice to the provisions of clause 6, and unless exceptional circumstances arise, will ship orders within the timeframe established on our website, and you will receive an order confirmation message upon completion.
The delivery time of the products may be increased by the following circumstances:
- Customized or personalized orders: In this case, we will inform the customer of the delivery time in writing and individually.
- Specific circumstances: Due to availability of certain items, your order may be delayed. If this occurs, we will inform you at all times.
- Special circumstances by delivery area: The branches of the shipping companies used by Brass Market may have specific delivery days in certain areas. If this is the case, deliveries will be made on the delivery day established by each branch.
The transport company will not make deliveries at heights, i.e., through building facades or interior courtyards, nor will they use any pulley system to introduce the order into the building or the home itself. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the items can be delivered.
The order will be considered delivered when it is received at your address. Receipt of the order constitutes acceptance. Carriers routinely require the signature of the person receiving the order, which is valid for the order to be considered delivered.
9. IMPOSSIBILITY TO DELIVER
We will attempt to deliver your order twice to the address you provided. If delivery is unsuccessful after these two attempts, we will contact you to find a solution.
If we are unable to contact you after 10 days, we will assume that you wish to withdraw from the contract and will terminate it.
We will refund the amount you paid as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 30 days. In this case, we may deduct shipping costs and contract termination fees from the refund.
10. RETURNS
Our products are backed by manufacturers with many years of experience in the sector. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.
However, it may happen that the item is not exactly what you expected. Therefore, we offer a return period of 14 calendar days—including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays—from receipt of the order. This guarantee is in addition to the legal right of withdrawal.
To do so, please contact us to submit a request.
Items must be returned as received, unused or damaged, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and including manuals and accessories, if applicable. Upon receipt, Brass Market staff will inspect the product to verify its condition. If the item is in perfect condition and shows no dents, abrasions, improper alterations, or any other signs of misuse, the amount paid will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or possible damage during shipping, provided that it can be proven that these are not the buyer’s fault.
11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Any buyer may withdraw from their purchase by any legally permitted means: by postal letter to our address, or by email, for example.
12. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Brass Market informs you that you will not have the right to withdraw from the contract when the purpose of the contract is:
- Specially manufactured items of special sizes. That is, those sizes not available on our website.
- Personalized items, that is, those in which the customer chooses the appearance option.
- Items subject to special hygiene conditions, such as reeds.
