Schilke Standard Trumpet Mouthpiece. 

Most of the Schilke models are available for both trumpet and cornet. They are standard models, valid for beginners and professionals, with a multitude of models which adapt to different characteristics, comforts and tastes. 

The sizes of the mouthpieces are indicated in the name. The first number refers to the diameter of the ring. The first letter refers to the volume of the cup, with (A) being the smallest and (E) the largest. The next number refers to the thickness of the ring (1) the thickest, (5) flat. The last letter indicated in lower case refers to the shank (a) the narrowest (x) the largest.

Schilke Standard 6A4a Trumpet Mouthpiece: Shallow cup (A) with semi-flat ring (4). For working in the high register.

Schilke Standard 9 Trumpet Mouthpiece: Standard characteristics, penetrating sound.

Schilke Standard 9C4 Trumpet Mouthpiece: Like the 9, but with a semi-flat ring (4) that provides resistance.

Schilke Standard 10B4 Trumpet Mouthpiece: With a Medium-Small cup (B), it offers a quality sound with a supported register.

Schilke Standard 11 Trumpet Mouthpiece: A superior mouthpiece with standard characteristics, easy emission.

Schilke Standard 11A Trumpet Mouthpiece: With a ring and profile similar to the 11, but with a smaller cup (A).

Schilke Standard 12 Trumpet Mouthpiece: A traditional, medium sized mouthpiece with standard ring (3) and with a tudel (c) that allows a large dynamic range.

Schilke Standard 12A4a Trumpet Mouthpiece: Similar to the 12B4 but with a shallower cup “A”, narrow tudel “a” which adds resistance.

Schilke Standard 13A4a Trumpet Mouthpiece: Shallow cup (A), semi-flat ring (4) and narrow spindle (a).

Schilke Standard 13B Trumpet Mouthpiece: Slightly deep cup (B) and narrow rounded ring.

Schilke Standard 13C4 Trumpet Mouthpiece: Standard cup (C) that guarantees a clear sound, with a semi-narrow bell.

Schilke Standard 14 Trumpet Mouthpiece: Standard ring, cup and bell. A valid option for everyone and for all types of music.

Schilke Standard 14A4 Trumpet Mouthpiece: Same as the 14A4a but with a standard bell (c), which offers a more open feel.

Schilke Standard 14A4a Trumpet Mouthpiece: One of the most popular and in demand, shallow cup (A), semi-flat ring (4) and narrow bell (a) which guarantees a good high register without leaving out the middle and low register.

Schilke Standard 15 Trumpet Mouthpiece: A versatile option, it guarantees a free blowing and a clear sound.

Schilke Standard 15A4a Trumpet Mouthpiece: Large diameter mouthpiece, with shallow cup (A) and narrow tudel (a) plus semi-flat ring (4). Good for upper register.

Schilke Standard 15B Trumpet Mouthpiece: Same as model 15 but with a slightly deeper cup (B). Bright sound.

Schilke Standard 16 Trumpet Mouthpiece: With all standard Schilke features, medium bore and free blow.
