The Malbec reeds are Gonzalez’s latest release in saxophone reeds. Based on the well-known Jazz Local 627, they share their basic characteristics: their sound is of excellent clarity and projection, as well as being brighter than the Classic reeds. This makes them ideal for Jazz. While the sound approach is the same as Local 627, Malbec has a Filed cut, which gives extra flexibility to the reed.<\/p>\n
