With its unique wall and curved baffle, the AIZEN NY alto saxophone mouthpiece offers the best a player could want from a jazz saxophone mouthpiece: a rich, vibrant sound and a full, bright tone with excellent responsiveness and projection.
The mouthpieces are made from pure titanium metal with original ebonite. The titanium adds additional edge, power and projection to the original mouthpiece material.
This mouthpiece gives the player great control over the nuances, ranging from very piano to very forte. The Titanium range of mouthpieces is grey in colour due to the blended compound and includes speckled titanium flashes with gold engravings.
The 1950s and 1960s are considered the golden age of jazz. These decades saw the birth of a wide range of saxophone mouthpieces and some of these pieces became legendary for their excellent craftsmanship and individual sound, known as vintage mouthpieces.
