Shipping and return information


1. SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME

Generally the order is shipped within 24h-48h once confirmed, although it may vary depending on the products you wish to purchase.

Occasionally there may be an unexpected lack of stock; in such a case you will be notified urgently. If this is the case, the delivery time of the product may vary between 72 hours and 10 days.

 

2. DELIVERY

The delivery service will be carried out from Monday to Friday, expressly excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays, both in Spain and in the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and may be altered for reasons beyond Brass Market's control. Should this occur, we will be available to inform you at all times of the status of the shipment.

It will not be considered non-delivery if the order has been delayed at the customer's will or if the buyer cannot be located with the information provided by the customer.

 

3. WEIGHT

The maximum weight for domestic and international shipments is 31 kg.

Orders exceeding the maximum weight and/or measurements established by our courier service must be sent by a specialized service. This delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days longer than the normal delivery time. The exact costs for packages exceeding 31kg will be calculated and you will be informed by e-mail before any charges are made. 

4. SCOPE OF SALE

The scope of sale of this website is intended for the whole world.

 

5. MANAGEMENT AND PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Brass Market will process all orders placed through brass-market.com provided that payment is correct and in accordance with the chosen payment method. 

However, we reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product or content of this website at any time. 

Exceptional circumstances may arise that require us to refuse to process an order even if the order confirmation or shipping message has been sent, and we reserve the right to do so at any time at Brass Market's sole and exclusive discretion, informing the customer concerned at all times.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for the removal of products or content from the site, or for the modification of any material or content on the site. We shall not be liable to you or to third parties for refusing to process an order even though we have sent you the order confirmation message.

6. HANDLING AND SHIPPING 

The following section explicitly regulates the services that the customer will receive once the order has been placed. It is the website user's responsibility to read this section, as Brass Market will not assume any extra service, which, if necessary, will be at the customer's expense.

Goods sent by the transport company will be delivered within the timetable established by the branch corresponding to your area (exact timetable will not be specified) and will be delivered from Monday to Friday (Saturdays and Sundays are excluded, as well as national, provincial and local holidays). If the customer wishes a specific timetable, he/she must inform Brass Market before the order is shipped. The communication of such a timetable does not ensure delivery within that timetable, as Brass Market can only inform the transport company of such a request. 

 

7. CLAIMS FOR TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Claims for damage and/or breakage of goods caused by transport must be notified (according to transport agency regulations) to info@brass-market.com within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so that the claim can be dealt with and the problem studied.

For manufacturing defects, the repair time is the warranty time that each product has.

8. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS 

Brass Market, without prejudice to the provisions of clause 6, and unless exceptional circumstances arise, will ship orders within the time period established on our website, and an order confirmation message will be sent to you upon completion of the order. 

The delivery time of the products may be increased due to the following circumstances:

 

Customized or personalized orders: in this case we will inform the customer of the delivery time in writing and on an individual basis.

Specific circumstances: For reasons of availability of certain items there may be some delay of your order. Should this be the case, we will inform you at any time.

Special circumstances due to delivery area: it is possible that the branches of the transport companies used by Brass Market may have specific delivery days in some areas. If this is the case, deliveries will be made on the delivery day established by each branch.

 

The transport company will not make deliveries at height, i.e. through building facades or interior courtyards, nor will they use any pulley system to bring the order either into the building or into the customer's own home. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the items can be delivered.

The order will be considered as delivered when it is received at the customer's home. Receipt of the order implies acceptance. The carriers will usually require the signature of the person receiving the order.

9. IMPOSSIBILITY TO DELIVER 

We will try to deliver the order twice at the address you have indicated. If after these two attempts delivery is not possible, we will contact you in order to find a solution.

If after 10 days we do not manage to contact you, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it as resolved.

We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, setting a maximum period of 30 days to do so. In this case we will be able to deduct from the refund the expenses incurred for the transport and for the cancellation of the contract.

10.RETURNSOur articles are guaranteed by manufacturers with many years of experience in the sector.Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers.However, it may happen that the article is not exactly what was expected. For this reason, we offer a return period of 14 calendar days - including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays - from the receipt of the order.This guarantee is in addition to the legal right of withdrawal.

To do so, please contact us to generate a request.

The items will be returned as received, without having been used or damaged, being in perfect condition, in their original packaging and including manuals and accessories, if any. Once the product is received, Brass Market staff will examine it to check its condition. If the item is in perfect condition and does not have any bumps, erosions, undue alterations or any other process that shows its misuse, the amount paid will be refunded.

The return expenses are charged to the buyer, unless the return is due to manufacturing defects or possible damage during shipment, provided that it is proven that these are not attributable to the buyer.

11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Any buyer can exercise the withdrawal of his purchase; and it can be done by any means admitted in law: postal letter to our address, or e-mail, for example.  

 

12.EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALBrass Market informs you that you will not have the right to withdraw from the contract when the object of the contract is:

 

Articles of special measures manufactured expressly.That is, those measures that are not available on our website. 

Customized articles, that is, those in which the customer is the one who chooses the option of the appearance of the same. 

Articles subject to special hygiene conditions, such as reeds.
